*Bids are an estimate; a ball park. An offsite bid does not factor in the number of windows, number of panes, ladder work, the condition of the windows (hard water stain, contruction cleanup, paint removal, etc.), and travel time. Once I am onsite for the job, I can give an exact price for the work.

A rough estimate of how much it would cost to have your inside AND outside windows cleaned is to multiply the square footage of your house by .06. An example: a house that is 2400 square feet multiplied by .06 would result in a $144 estimate.

Construction Clean Bid Generator

Construction cleans are window cleanings that take place after new windows are installed. The windows will have stickers, dust, sheet rock mud, stain or paint, and silicone on them. It takes much longer to clean these wtih care. Please read and sign the waiver before work is started. A construction clean is roughly double in cost to an average window cleaning (you could estimate the cost by doubling the big generator's output). Again, an more acurate cost always requires an onsite visit.
