*Bids are an estimate; a ball park. An off site bid does not factor in the number of windows, number of panes, ladder work, the condition of the windows (hard water stain, construction cleanup, paint removal, etc.), and travel time. Once I am on site for the job, I can give an exact price for the work.

A rough estimate of how much it would cost to have your inside AND outside windows cleaned is displayed below.  These estimates reflect the higher number of windows and great size of windows in the average Park City home.  A home with modest windows will cost less than these estimates.

Construction Cleans

Construction cleans take place after new windows are installed. The windows will have stickers, dust, sheet rock mud, stain or paint, and silicone on them. It takes much longer to clean these windows with with care. Please read and sign the waiver before work is started. A construction clean is roughly double in cost to an average window cleaning (you could estimate the cost by multiplying your square footage by .06). Again, an more accurate cost always requires an on site visit.

Our construction cleaning process includes a three wash strategy: 1. initial wash to get the dirt and scratchy material off the surface, 2. secondary wash to remove stickers and silicone and additional material with the window set, and 3. a final detail wash which is followed by touch ups with four aught (0000) steel wool to remove any remaining blemishes.
