Have you ever called someone in the service industry and not been able to reach them? OR they failed to return your call? Have you ever had a service person show up late to an appointment? And they didn’t have the courtesy to call and let you know they were running late?

At Panorama we do business differently than that. I’ll call you back the same day, if not within the hour of your phone call. And I’ll show up on time, if not early or will call you let you know that I’ll running late.

I want to develop a long-term relationship with my clients.

Sure you can have a college kid clean your windows for a quick, careless buck and you will save money. But do they care about return business? Probably not. Do they want to make sure you are satisfied and that you will call again? Probably not.

I take pleasure in building friendships with my clients and that translates into greater care for your windows. Better relationship = better service.
